Plus there are some real life evidence that the theory doesn't work. Feeling
ill being vegetarian and feeling great on almost 100% meat based diet I was
shocked to find out I'm type A. And I met many people on high fat/protein
diets who are A as well.
So who needs the theory which is right only for some people?

It is a good example how to make money making simple think overcomplicated.
I don't need a book to list foods which make me feel bad or good.
I know it and I realize now that I knew it long before reading all those so
called diet books.

Going Paleo and choosing the food mix on which you feel best is 95% success.
But many people prefer loosing lots of time and lots of money looking for
the last 5%.
But it's their choice their time and their costly hobby ;)
I prefer hunting or spending more time outside or in a gym.
Good amount of physical movement makes me feel good even on lower quality
food but I'm not able to feel great on most expensive food without
sufficient exercises.
