Hi -- I deal with the (occasional) deluge of mail from this list by getting it in digest form. THat means that I get one, single (longer) email, no more than once a day, rather than lots and lots of emails. You can get the list in digest form by sending an email to [log in to unmask] with the following line as the only contents: SET NO-MILK DIGEST I hope this helps out some of you. I, personally, don't find the allergy (but not milk allergy) messages to be a problem now that I get the list in digest form. They tend to be partially milk-related anyway, and the range of problems that people have is quite instructive. I'm glad my family has lesser issues! --Beth Kevles [log in to unmask] http://web.mit.edu/kevles/www/nomilk.html -- a page for the milk-allergic Disclaimer: Nothing in this message should be construed as medical advice.
