When you get to your optimum weight, ease off. Nut meal (includes nut oils) or nut flours can be combined with walnut or almond oil, spices, organic omega-3 egg, organic non-aluminum baking powder, organic no-sugar applesause (in place of sugar), any fruit and nut combination you have handy to make breads and muffins.
