The electoral commission has been at the beck and call of Yaya already.
Remember they changed the rules for him prior to the last elections?
As for the judicuary, he has had all the AGs serve as his conduits to abuse
the laws of the land and ammend the constitution in his favour. Judges have
been fired or resigned because the state tried to get them to disregard the laws
of the land and follow Yayas' direction instead in deciding cases. The
remaining lawyers who are still trying to advocate according to the Constitution are
fair game for assasination attempts and threats, blackmail, etc. Jammeh is
working his way through the population one Gambian at a time.
