Did you format the 'invisible' drive? I've never had a problem with this, but I always format the extra drive. Hope this helps, this may not be the problem. Michele Sayer I attached a hard drive as a slave and it is recognized when the computer boots up. When I go into my computer the second hard drive is there also, but it is not assigned a drive letter so I can not access the drive. I've never had this happen, what could be causing this?
