What you do is go into your mail account settings and spoof the old
subscription group into thinking you are sending your unsubscribe request from
your old e-mail account.  To do this, just change the e-mail address in your
mail account to match the old account.  Send the unsubscribe request to your
list(s), which it will think is coming from your old e-mail address.  Then, go
back in and change the account setting back to reflect the information for
your new ISP.
Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
