Just click on the downloaded file. You should get a dialogue box that
displays one file-calendar_setup.exe.
Click that file and it will unzip to C:\Program Files\Software by Design and
install iitself in the tray.

I dowloaded Calendar 2000. But I do not know how to install it or how to get
an icon on my task bar
