Hi, Somehow I missed (overlooked?) the original post on this subject, but here are my thoughts and comments. Over the years that I've been using (and into the 'bowels' of) Outlook Express, to my knowledge there isn't an option/provision to do what you want to do. At best you could insert something like "Valued Computer Guys Customer" in the "To" field, use a generic salutation such as "Hi Folks", then send it "Bcc" to the group. Outlook, being more business oriented, may have such an option. Maybe an Outlook user can enlighten us on that. Here are some links that may be helpful: Microsoft Help and Support http://support.microsoft.com/ Outlook Express Support Center http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=oex At the bottom of the OE Support Center page you'll find information on Outlook Express Newsgroups, to include a link. Also, there's a link to contact a support professional by e-mail, online or by phone. There's a possibility a program exists out there (somewhere) that will allow Outlook Express to personalize group mail, but I wouldn't bet on it. :-) Sven Swanson, Sr. PCSOFT maintains many useful files for download visit our download web page at: http://freepctech.com/downloads.shtml
