Interesting bits of information:

1. It seems that the healthiest and longest-live health gurus are not strict
vegans but eat a small amount of animal food.

2. USDA data definitely suggests that B12 is a problem with vegan.

3. We hear a bunch of nutritional horror stories in connection with vegan,
especially young children on vegan.

4. Dr. Mercola does not recommend strict vegan.

5. There was a study on Hygienists at a convention.  They were deficient in
B12 to the extent that they abstained from animal foods.

6. Statistics show that altho vegans tend to avoid the common diseases such
as heart disease and cancer, they tend to be more likely than nonvegans to
get the neurological diseases.  This is what we should expect from b12
deficiency.

  On the other hand, most animal foods are heavily contaminated with
poisons.  There isn't anything to eat.
