When one installs an AGP video card in a computer with on-board AGP the on-board is disabled. There can only be one AGP device at a time. If one needs 2 monitors a dual head AGP is available or a PCI video card could be used for a second monitor. Connecting a monitor to the on-board disabled AGP connector should not cause any problems as the signal to the port should be shut down. Will it work with Win98, Win XP or both. _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail Do you want to signoff PCBUILD or just change to Digest mode - visit our web site: http://freepctech.com/pcbuild.shtml PCBUILD maintains hundreds of useful files for download visit our download web page at: http://freepctech.com/downloads.shtml
