if u are, from memory, doing weights training, you could up the carbs a bit
without any problems, i fu take them within an hour of training.

chinese medicinal diet: there are basic ones out there but off the top of my
had i cant name them. one by Henry Lu 'chinese herbs with common foods' is
more complex but readable..
