<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> hello everyone does ANYone have or know of a recipe for gf pasta that is actually GOOD? i have tried all the prepared types and brands that are available in my area..and they are awful and too expensive...i have also tried making it from any number of recipes and types of flour...none of them are even close to the 'real thing'....this is the one food i lament losing the most of all...if anyone has a great recipe that is at least CLOSE to wheat flour pasta-that isnt grainy and mushy or tastes nothing like pasta.i would really appreciate it if you can share it..so far the only thing i have found thats tolerable is asian rice noodles which i have learned to 'cook' in a way that doesnt make them taste like mush -but im still not satisfied.... i will summarize if anyone is interested thanks donna in ny *Support summarization of posts, reply to the SENDER not the CELIAC List*
