In answer to those who asked, no one appeared for last week's paleo chat
on Paltalk.  I think it was a bit too short notice, and some people had
difficulty getting the Paltalk software.  We can try it again another
time, if anyone wants to.  It would probably be a good idea to set aside
a separate block of time to get and install the Paltalk software.  It's
pretty easy to use, but everybody's system is different.

Actually, I find Paltalk pretty addictive.  It gives me a chance to drop
into French chat rooms to practice my French a bit, and to do the same
with my even worse Spanish.  And it's usually possible to find a half
dozen people chatting in Esperanto, which is not something you find on
every corner.  Since anybody can create a chat room on Paltalk, there
are many special-interest groups of various sorts.  As you might expect,
many are religious in nature, and many are for flirting, dating, etc.
 But anything goes, as long as one stays within the announced "rating"of
the room that is created.
