Bzzzzzzt. As far as I'm concerned, all those goddam varmints go around shitting and shedding and scratching furniture, I say the hell with 'em all. Besides which Mrs. Ralph absolutely HATES cats with a passion, so we manage to avoid Vet bills.

But we do have two nearly-antique goldfish, which some combination of the little Ralphs won at a school "fair" years ago and which I've been taking care of ever since. I call 'em "The Boys," but they could just as well be girls for all I know.

Which reminds me.... am I the only one who didn't know that birds (the males, anyway) have dicks?
