Well, what about coconuts?  They are seeds, and were a popular food
among the settlers here (in Hawai'i).  Surely the naked with a stick
works just fine.  (I suppose I could use a rock instead of a stick, that
may work better).  Does anyone know what the nutritional profile of
coconuts is?
