As opposed to....?  Rather, what IS the standard nonsense in the builder
mags?  More of the pyramid scheme?  I thought most bodybuilders knew about
going low-carb right before a show for a sculpted look.

I know what "fitness" rags obsess over - whole grains, soy, as little fat as
possible and soy, soy, soy.  Oh, and did I mention soy?  I swear, "health
nuts" act as if soy is manna from heaven.  Ewwwww!
