There is one other important point to remember: Dual CPUs does not translate
to 2x speed. So, Two 1ghz P3 CPUs, doesn't mean one 2ghz P3. It all comes
down to OS, as David mentioned, along with whether the applications support
using two CPUs.

On an OS with applications that support multi-threads and using a CPU that's
less busy, the results can be a very efficient PC.
