I wanted some more info on ketosis.  There's not much detail  about it in
Ray's book.  I want to know because I am currently breastfeeding.  I know
that humans store pesticides and other bad stuff in our fat.  I know that we
release some of that when our fat breaks down.  Since I am nursing my baby
would presumably receive some of that bad stuff through my milk if my fat
was breaking down.  So should i be concerned about that and ensure i do not
get to the point of ketosis?

I am not currently eating paleo since i do eat some grain.  I am wanting to
try eating fully paleo but wanted more info first plus i seem to have to
plan really well.  whenever i tried to cut out grain in the past I was just
ssoooo hungry.

well any info on ketosis and breastfeeding would be greatly appreciated.
