My advice is to do a clean installation of WinMe, and then step by
step install another programs. Note that before install you should
format C drive! The point is that your system is degraded with some
progs installed your child, and if you use image you can damage the
new system too. After installation you should to make restore points
before any new prog install. Then you can restore health from back
points. The best solution is to have two OS on PC. Some games are good
for WinMe, another for Win2000, etc.
You know, the child is the child, and games are not so good and stable
progs. Therefore you should to prepere to reinstall system and progs
every month regularly. So do I about a year.
