Hi Folks:

I have downloaded I.E. 6.0. With that, came Outlook Express 6.0

Through research, I have determined that these programs are incompatible with Hotmail. (If I use Outlook to download my Hotmail, I recieve duplicates). The hotmail Help file, indicates that I now have **WEBMAIL**.

I now read mail through I.E. (not desireable).

I cannot view "gif" attachments.

When I click the attachment, Windows 98 asks for a file association type. I have tried I.E. and Paintshop, with no success.

Prior to I.E. 6.0, and Outlook Express 6.0, I was able to view such attachments without difficulty.

Can someone assist?

Am I able to revert back to versions 5.0 and save my settings (address book etc.)?
