WinZip (a shareware program) will put a right click option
of "Zip and E-mail" and other, more advanced functions.
It is better (and sometimes more "approved") to send
zip files IF the person getting them can (or knows how)
to use them. That is easier for them with some operating
systems too. (Or they could have WinZip or another
un-zipper program.) Some such programs are free...

WinZip is up to 8.1 now, for those that have missed the free
upgrades. The self-installing zip exe files it makes are well
worth the upgrade, which is (and always has been) free for
registered users.
