I cannot get into my mail program on the computer I normally use, getting
the following two messages

program files\juno\bin\juno.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Error Starting Program
The MSVCIRT.DLL file is linked to the missing export
MSVCRT.DLL??_U@[log in to unmask]

Checked, no viruses.
Get online O.K.
Win98.
