Dear Friends

Once again I need help from the experts.

Since being diagnosed as Celaic three years ago I have adapted many
recipes to be GF but at the moment I am craving a good old ausie boiled
fruit cake.  Now  I have managed to adapt the recipe to be GF and egg
free, and all that I need do is test it, however I usually pour some
sherry over the cake when I get it from the oven this makes for a most
delicously moist cake. My query is Sherry GF. I am sure there is someone
out there who can help and in return if the recipe works I will post it
so you all may enjoy it.
