<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, but I don't, yet, have full-blown celiac disease. At least none of the testing has shown it. However, I do have chronic fatigue, allergies, fibromyalgia, periodic limb movements in sleep, migraines, and the list goes on. I understand the mechanism by which celiac can cause some of these symptoms, in that the intestines are damaged and nutrient absorbption is impaired. But what is the link, if any, between gluten-intolerance and the associated auto-immune reaction, which also showed up positive in my testing with Enterolab, and these symptoms? Any experience to share? If there is already a summary on this question, please just point me in the right direction. Thanks, Liz in Texas
