   You probably need the Java plug-in that is not included in IE 6.0. I had
the same problem accessing my on-line banking site after I installed Windows
XP. Altho Windows is supposed to download the plug-in whenever you get to a
site that needs it, I've found that this is not always the case. Go to the
Sun site and you can find the Java plug-in. The URL is -
http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.htm.
