Don't animals in the wild put on a "winter coat". I seem to want to eat more in anticipation of the cold , and the extra bulk feels ok when its freezing outside. Has this been the experience of others? I have been on this diet for about three weeks and I have lost six pounds and then turned around and gained most of them back again. I "feel" slimmer though and I have LOADS of energy. I don't think everything I gained back was fat. Even so, I am not losing as much as I had hoped. And I have noticed an increased appetite. Is this because I have only been with the diet for 3 weeks? If so, will it go away? (Maybe it's the winter issue you mentioned???) I am eating meat and eggs for breakfast, anything that's leftover from yesterday's dinner for lunch and meat, salad and a veggie for dinner. Snacks have been mostly nuts, a little fruit and pork rinds. Am I doing something wrong? Katrina Greer
