Well, if you only want to hang wires, you could use a supportable =
telescopic
mast.  I used to have a self-supporting HDX-48 which would handle a medium
tribander.  However, with the regs around where I live, it was easier to
justify a guyed Rowan 25G.   And, when you're up on top, it doesn't sway
nearly as much as the self-supporting towers did.

Another option which I used to have when I rented a house in Spokane was a
Wilson crankup mast.  I had a Ham-m rotor on top with a tribander.  You
braced the mast against the roof joists.  It needed to be cranked down =
when
the winds started huffing and puffing, but it was a nice little support =
for
a tribander or a decent VHF array.
