The quest is to derive the best insights and premisses
from the background in my (our) genes.

Not to eat worms and maggots may be different from what they did
but I can, and have to choose from my own time.
I'm shure they will forgive me not to eat the maggots,
and I think they would be delighted on what *is* available today.

My own quest is to derive paleo insights particularly for vegs,
Like: take care of seasons. Enjoy the full available variety of food items.
Take care of minerals / vitamins. Avoid extractions.
Also besides food there is sun, clothing, lifestyle.
This are the things paleo is important in my viewpoint.
Just meat/not meat is boring. For me.
