I'd like to make lasagne and I have a recipe from one of Bette Hagman's books
- it calls for Ricotta cheese.  I looked in the archives and found that Frigo
Ricotta is gluten-free but that was from a message back in late 2000.
Likewise, I found Frigo Ricotta in the Tri-County shopping guide but that is
also dated in 2000.  Can anyone tell me if this ricotta is still gf?  There
isn't a phone number on the package that I bought today.
