That's it, exactely.
Sesame oil is like many other vegetable oils of very high w-6 percentage.
Therefore you would have to mix it 4:1 with flax oil, to achieve a proper
balance.

But sesamin would change the picture. The main benefit of all the w-3 for
prostaglandin direction do exactely what sesamin does.

Amadeus
