I wrote about gluten reaction to gf stuff added to diet when stopped
dairy recently.

On piece of good advise I received is to introduce 1 new thing at a
time.

Various folks mentioned reacting to each of the things I added
although they're gf.

It seems what I react to is most processed foods, wish I could figure
out why, it must be some additive. If you have an idea please let me
know.
