Hi Anwar, Are you a student at U Penn? I was there in 1997-1998 as a T.A. (taught Math 140 and Math 241 recitation classes). I couldn't afford to buy a lot of organic meat then, so I ate mostly fish (bluefish, mackerel...), chicken/chicken hearts/chicken livers (the ones sold by the Amish people in the Reading Terminal Market are quite nice) and supermarket meat. But I wouldn't eat low quality meat forever, since it doesn't taste very good.
