Any other paleos have trouble with portion control when it comes to nuts
and seeds?   I have no carb/starch or sweet cravings, but cannot seem to
control myself around nuts (almonds, macadamia, walnuts),almond butter or
seeds such as sesame or pumpkin.  I already eat lots of fatty fish + fish
oil and borage supplements, so I don't thing I am deficient in fats.  Maybe
it's just plain old gluttony!  Thoughts?
