<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> OK.. I'm 2 mos into Weight Watchers. I am still having daily diarrhea. I have no idea what the problem is. I am not ingesting gluten.. I'm sure of it. The only thing that is different now than before I started, was that I am drinking a lot of Vintage brand Seltzer, and eating much less fat, sugar, and more fruits and veggies. IF it were just an adjustment to the additional fiber, woudln't I have adjusted by now? I called my reg PCP.. before referring me to a GI, he wants me to go off of the diet and back to what I ate before starting, for 10 days. I'm at a crucial weight loss point, and HATE to try that idea. Any brainstorms? Elizabeth
