Does anyone know if there is legitimate scientific evidence one way or the
other concerning food combining (like eating carbs and protein together for
example)?  I wonder if hunter-gatherers ate meat all by itself, or if they
ate it with vegetables or other foodstuffs.  I think I remember Art saying
that modern meals are arbritrary constructs, and they don't resemble the
eating patterns of hunter-gatherers.  Any info is appreciated.
