I was thumbing through the latest edition of Us the other day and saw a
story on the now-thin Luther Vandross who lost a whopping 120 lb. by eating
fish, fruit and vegetables (although he mentions chicken in a quote).  He's
a great-lookin' caveman now!

Meanwhile, in another magazine I saw mention of Mel Gibson, who eats
avacados for breakfast and raw steak for lunch.  I'd be willing to bet he's
into the paleo philosophy; wish there was a way to find out.
