False. Unless unrefined sea salt has no sodium chloride at all, consumption
of it still carries all of the health implications of salt consumption.

I don't know why there are people here pushing Celtic Sea Salt. Is their
sales hype that good? It is not paleo. And once used to a low salt diet,
one loses their desire for salt. It appears that you are addicted to the
taste of salt in your food.

There will be no salt in any of the recipes. Staffan Lindeberg doesn't use
any salt in his diet either. What paleo diet researcher recommends any
