I agree, yoga is amazing, especially astanga. and especially important for boys / girls who train intensively, as they are, as i was, more likely to turn their nose up at it as a 'girly' thing to do. it isnt'. my fitness has increased no end since taking it up in jan. I now do self-practice sessions M,W,F and spinning / running plus weights Tue, Thu, Sat plus spin / yoga sun.
