One is to quit using your voice software. I am sure you don't want to do that. The next thing to do it to upgrade to Windows 98 SE. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years ago and after 3 months of having the computer in and out of the shop trying to get rid of the "Blue Screen" I gave up and put Windows 98 on and the problem went away.
