Peter -

Thanks for the post. It would be helpful to have a comparison here.
I recall that the last time you did a comparison, NFL tried to bully
you about copyright. Well, you can do a comparison - without
repeating any text that NFL claims is theirs. Put the
comparison in the form of a cross-reference table:

NFL book page/paragraph numbers -are plagiarisms of-
Material by Bernarr Zovluck (include identification material here)

The Zovluck material could be full text, if he were to give permission,
or it could be identified as Section X, paragraph beginning with "***..."
I understand Zovluck's material is on his website, healself.org,
so you could specify a link.

This is, of course, only a suggestion; use or ignore as you see fit.

PS to Dr. Zovluck: if your material is registered with the copyright
office, you might be able to sue for copyright infringement and
be awarded up to the sum of: $100K + {attorney fees} + {damages}.
(Even if the material is not registered, you can probably get damages.)
If they are infringing, you might be able to get a court order forcing
NFL to stop using your material. Consult an attorney who works in the
copyright field to discuss.
