As I have inderstood the case to be, if pure fat is eaten at too great a quantity at one sitting, the insulin responce can be quite signifigant:
1. Am I misinformed?
2. If not what quantity describes that increased pulse?
3. to fufill caloric needs is primarily fat or carbohydrate from fruits and vegetables likley to leave one leaner?
 
and on another topic: whenever i incease protien consumption my mucle and water retention increase greatly. I have little intention to buy two wardrobes, one for big me and one for smaller, and I prefer smaller and more efficient. How shoul I tweak the eating regimine to allow for that? and if you recommend cutting the meat, with what shall I replace it?
