I used Chebe bread for my turkey dressing and it was very good. The
particular chebe bread variation I used was made with Trader Joe's Three
Shredded Cheeses (on their gluten free list), Italian seasoning, and finely
chopped black olives. I make and bake an entire pkg. of mix each time and
freeze the extras.  I defrosted the rolls and used immediately in the
dressing so the bread was fresh.
