Hi.  My fellow healthy-persons-in-training in one
of the low-carb clubs on Yahoo would like to know
all there is to know about "Splenda" (brand name
of an "artificial sweetener" composed of sucralose
and maltodextrin).   I've read that maltodextrin
is an extract of corn, but that's all i know about
it.   Does anyone here have any information?
