You can create a profile by going to Start|Programs|Netscape|Manage Profiles and create a new one. You will need information from your ISP for Outgoing and Incoming Mail. Apparently, if you can get to your email, you may already have a profile. I suggested in another post what to do once you activate netscape. That should work.
