There is only 1 bodyfat test that I consider to be consistently
accurate:
the mirror test.  This works for both competitive bodybuilders and
fitness
enthusiast.  Sometimes even a full body submersion test isn't accurate
b/c
some people can't exhale enough air out of their lungs.  The 7 site
pinch
test can vary depending upon the trainer that does it and the
calipers.
