This got me thinking about how my feeling determines when and
how much fat I eat. When I am just hungry I eat mostly lean
meat: chicken breast, pork; when I am hungry and feel I need
energy -- I know I am craving FAT! -- I eat fattier meats -- ribeye,
chichen thighs. Just instinct seems to work pretty well.
