Hi,
Was wondering if any of you have any definitive opinions on Bread
Machines.  The whole point of kneading bread is to "work the gluten".
I'm looking for a machine that has the option of 1 knead/1 rise.  I
don't really want to have to watch the machine, stop it and then take it
out and bake it - kind of defeats the purpose of the machine?!  Thanks
for your help!
