This is a good point.
Restricting to one item will be amount-limiting someway
(I couldn't eat such a big salad as usually if i included only one instead
of 3-4 items).

It's also an enigma to me why to rule out greens....

One baked potatoe (or rice) brings much more carbs with it.
And the carb doesn't go to fat, but to the brain and nerves, obviously.
