As I understand this, it depends on what you mean by 'very little fat'.  One
of the earliest researchers of the early human diet (whose name I forget)
outlines what happens if you eat only meat with virtually no fat.  Very bad,
indeed.  I think this info nugget can be found in Ray's book.  Sure, low-fat
but enough fat is great if you want to lose weight.  The question is if you
go too low, if I'm not mistaken.
