Here would be a typical daily intake (with variation in the vegs/carbs
and sometime 4.0 lbs meat -- but this is basically it):

   3.5 lbs meat  (= 1.5 rib-eye   1.5 pork-loin   1.5  chicken breast)
   3 celery stalks
   6 strawberries
   1 zuchini
   1/2 onion
   1 tomato
   2 cups spinach
